Maguire is a growing company with a mission to offer high-end footwear and accessories at a fair price. Every step—from design to production, from marketing to sales—is developed and executed in-house. The brand is currently present in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Brooklyn.

Reporting directly to management, this role will support the growth and visibility of the Maguire brand across North America through influencer marketing and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns (sourcing profiles, selection, coordination of send-outs, and follow-ups)

• Manage product gifting to influencers (organization, tracking, and follow-ups)

• Manage the community by responding to messages and comments, in collaboration with customer service

• Coordinate and execute community-driven events and activations

• Write invitations, emails, and social media content (LinkedIn and Facebook) in both English and French

• Send lookbooks and prepare materials for media outreach

• Maintain and update media, influencer, and stylist lists

• Track and compile press and influencer coverage (screenshots, coverage, reporting)

• Support all related communications and brand visibility initiatives

Profile

• 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong writing skills in both French and English (professional level)

• Strong interest in fashion, social media, and content creators

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  

Job Details

• Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Start date: as soon as possible

• Salary and vacation based on experience, in addition to the benefits listed above
