Maguire is a growing company whose mission is to offer high-end shoes and accessories at a fair price. Every step (from design to production, from marketing to distribution) is conceived and executed in-house. The brand is currently present in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Brooklyn.
Reporting directly to the founders, this position will be responsible for the performance of our transactional websites and of our digital marketing strategy, in collaboration with our partner agencies Mint and Gymnase.

Responsibilities
E-commerce
-
Drive the performance of transactional websites and turn them into a true growth lever;
-
Analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value) and translate insights into actions;
-
Identify continuous optimization opportunities across the customer journey, content, and navigation;
-
Manage the online launch of products, collections, and campaigns across digital platforms;
-
Ensure content quality and updates;
-
Coordinate digital merchandising in line with the marketing calendar;

Oversee presence on partner platforms (Nordstrom, Macy’s, etc.).
Digital Marketing
-
Define and lead the acquisition strategy (Meta, Google, Pinterest) in collaboration with Mint;

Monitor the performance of paid campaigns and their ongoing optimization with Mint;
-
Define and evolve the SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility; Define and manage the CRM strategy (newsletters, automations, flows), from planning to execution;

Participate in brainstorming and the rollout of 360 marketing campaigns;

Brief teams and oversee the production of required visual content;

Write short-form content in French and English for various platforms;

Ensure quality and consistency of content across all digital platforms.
Analysis
-
Monitor e-commerce and marketing performance on a daily basis;
-
Produce clear analyses and turn data into actionable decisions to drive sales growth;

Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
Profile
-
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles;
-
Degree in e-commerce, marketing, business administration, or related fields;

Strong writing skills in both French and English;
-
Experience with and knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and SEO best practices;

Understanding of marketing performance KPIs;

Knowledge of Google Analytics;

Experience in the fashion and retail industry is an asset;

Strong attention to detail;

Analytical mindset.
